Pessaries (PV) are designed for vaginal use only.
Instructions for use

- To open – peel open the plastic packaging from the bullet tip end, just like a banana.
- Insert gently from a standing, squatting, side lying or comfortable position. 2-3cm is ideal.

- Rectal suppositories are best used with an empty bowel and are not intended for use as a laxative.
- Vaginal pessaries are not indicated for use during menstruation. You may like to wear a panty liner to absorb any excess oil discharge.
- Herbal suppositories and pessaries may be used every few days or once off when required. Please consult directly with your body. Taking regular breaks between use is advised.
- Shelf life of these medicines is up to 3 years if stored correctly in the fridge or freezer.
Please note; vaginal pessaries are designed as a slow release formula and may take 1-3 days until they are fully dissolved or released. You may like to gently press them out of their original shape to help them melt a little faster. They can be manually removed with ease, if required.
These products are designed for use before bed. There have been no reported “incidences or accidents” to date. Your body will easily absorb the herbs and oils in these products and excrete what is no longer required, the following morning.
